Returns and exchanges
Promod Returns Policy:
With Promod you can change your mind!
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the article(s) within 14 days.(Counting from the day of receipt)
Return Fees:
Returns are absolutely free. To return all or some of your items you need to use the return label and fill-out the Return Form that you will find inside of your parcel.
Please note that the original delivery costs (if charged) cannot be reimbursed.
NEW RETURN SERVICE available only for orders placed from the 14th of March 2007 (onwards).
Return Process:
To return the parcel, please proceed as follows:
1. Fill-out the Return Form to indicate the reference code of the items returned, quantities and reason for the return.
2. Place the returned items together with the Return form in their original wrapping.
3. Stick the pre-printed return label (Airway Bill) that was inserted by Promod with the original order, on the parcel to return.
4. Once the parcel is ready to return, contact our carrier service (UPS) to arrange for collection on this phone number: 08457 877 877 (free phone - calling from UK mainland)

No parcel will be accepted by UPS without the Return label stuck on it.

Please note that our carrier collection service is available from Monday till Friday. The carrier will try to fix a pick up time as soon as possible for you.
How and when can I expect my refund?

Refunds of the returned items will be credited to your original method of payment. It will take no more than 30 working days for the refunds to show in your credit card bank account.

Promod will only refund the items provided they are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging and that the return note is correctly completed.Please note that the original delivery costs cannot be reimbursed.
Returning faulty products:
We regularly carry out strict quality controls on all our products, but in spite of all these inspections, a fault can sometimes occur.

If you find a manufacturing fault in one of our items, please return the items and inform our customer service by email: service@promod.co.uk.

After careful examination by our Quality Department, should the item show a defect, we will arrange a refund of the item (as soon as we receive the items).
Exchanges:

We do not have a direct exchange system for the items. So, you need first to return the item(s) that does not fit and then place a new order to receive the desired item(s).

However, for each order you will place, we offer you free delivery on any next orders when placed 15 days after the 1st one.

We suggest that you return to us the items you would like to exchange and do not wait for the refund to place your new order straight away. This way, you do not need to pay for the delivery costs of your new item!
